Account Specialist I
The Account Specialist I plays an important role in Mobile Solutions, working with OEM customers in a variety of ways. It offers opportunities for learning, growth, and development within the organization. The position works directly with internal teams as well as external customers in support of the Mobile Solutions Sales team. It is suited for someone who is well organized and detail‑oriented. Qualified candidates must be able to work a hybrid schedule at the Bloomington, MN office.

Role Responsibilities

Maintain long‑term customer relationships with a focus on stellar customer experience.

Prepare quotations for customers and ensure thorough and timely follow‑up with the customer.

Prepare basic revenue performance analysis (price, margin, cost) and propose price.

Complete internal sales tasks with limited direction from Account Manager or Supervisor.

Receive and process customer inquiries in relation to pricing, lead‑time, product offering, and complaints through efficient, prompt, and friendly professional communication.

Support APD project tasks (streamline, derivative, import, paint & pack): internal and external meetings, follow‑up, meeting customers’ deadlines.

Carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree.

1+ year of experience working in a customer‑facing role.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Experience in a customer support position.

Prior experience working with OEMs.

Experience working across multiple departments or functions.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).

Proficient in CRM and Oracle.

Relocation
This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.

Annual Salary Range
$54,600 – $68,900. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors including applicable work experience, training, education, and performance. Geographic adjustment is included based on work location.

Sales Incentive/Commission Plan
This position is eligible for a sales incentive or commission plan, based on sales targets under company policy.
