Qualifications
Education/Training/Certifications:
Required: High School Diploma/GED
Preferred: BS/BA Degree in Communications and Marketing, or related experience. Preferred: prior experience working in an Independent Living and/or CCRC environment.
Preferred: prior project management experience.
Skills:
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Detail‑oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Independent judgment and self‑starter.
Compassion for the senior population.
Professional appearance and proper phone etiquette.
Computer experience; CRM experience a plus.
Dependable with flexibility in work hours.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A sense of humor.
Responsibilities
Encourage, participate, and actively contribute to the achievement of the department’s census goals.
Act as a liaison during the move‑in process to ensure a smooth transition of new residents into the community.
Perform other duties as assigned necessary for the efficient operation of the facility and organization.
