Join a dynamic project as a 3D interior designer, where you will create high-quality visualizations and realistic renderings for both residential and commercial spaces. This part‑time contract role involves translating mood boards, sketches, and conceptual ideas into detailed 3D models and presentation‑ready renders. You will play a key role in selecting materials, lighting, and furnishings to achieve a luxury, curated aesthetic, while collaborating closely with the design team to refine layouts and spatial planning. The position also requires preparing compelling presentation materials for meetings, revising designs based on feedback, and coordinating with suppliers and contractors as needed. Staying up to date with the latest interior design trends and advanced visualization techniques is essential for success in this role.

Deliverables

Develop detailed 3D models and realistic interior renderings for residential and commercial projects

Translate design concepts, mood boards, and sketches into visually compelling presentations

Select and apply materials, lighting, and furniture to achieve a luxury aesthetic

Prepare presentation materials for client and team meetings

Revise and update designs based on feedback from the design team and stakeholders

Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained

Stay current with industry trends and visualization best practices

Requirements

Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software (such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, V‑Ray, or similar)

Strong portfolio demonstrating interior visualization and rendering skills

Solid understanding of spatial planning, materials, lighting, and color theory

Ability to interpret design briefs and translate concepts into detailed 3D visuals

Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with design teams and stakeholders

Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a part‑time, contract setting

Familiarity with luxury and curated interior design styles is highly desirable
