Job Description – AgentForce SFDC Developer Project Name: GPS – Agentforce AI Accelerators Role: AgentForce SFDC Developer Location: Dallas, TX - Hybrid Duration: Long Term Job Summary We are looking for experienced Salesforce Developers with strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and hands-on experience with AgentForce AI capabilities. The ideal candidate should have experience building scalable Salesforce solutions, integrating AI-driven workflows, and customizing Service Cloud applications to support enterprise customer operations. Required Skills Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Development Expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud Experience working with AgentForce / Salesforce AI capabilities Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs Knowledge of Flow, Process Builder, and automation tools Experience with Salesforce security model, profiles, roles, and sharing rules Strong understanding of deployment processes using CI/CD tools Good communication and stakeholder management skills Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Service Cloud solutions Build and enhance AgentForce AI-driven features and accelerators Develop custom Apex classes, triggers, LWCs, and integrations Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements Optimize Salesforce applications for performance and scalability Support production deployments and troubleshoot issues Participate in code reviews and follow Salesforce best practices Work closely with QA and DevOps teams during release cycles Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Platform Developer Certification Service Cloud Certification preferred Experience with AI-enabled Salesforce solutions is a plus Prior experience in enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations Experience Required 7+ years of Salesforce Development experience Relevant experience with Service Cloud and AgentForce implementations
