Seasonal Digital Content Specialist (June 29 – September 1)
Remote or in-person (June 29 – July 14); On-site in Williamsport, PA (July 15 – September 1) at the Little League World Series Complex.

Overview
Create the hype. Capture the moment. Change the game.

Little League International seeks two key contributors to craft and amplify stories that reach millions of fans worldwide.

Responsibilities

Manage workflows with MLB Network and internal teams on highlights creation process.

Oversee game schedules and track commitments.

Identify great plays and clip compelling in‑game moments.

Lead and manage highlights content assistants (residents & interns).

Collaborate with internal leadership on execution.

Execute social content to maximize partner visibility.

Support live game highlight production.

Manage highlight franchises tied to sponsorship commitments.

Oversee paid amplification and campaign execution.

Monitor performance and track analytics.

Optimize campaigns and content strategy.

Live game production, highlight creation, and social distribution.

Sponsorship integration & partner commitments.

Understanding of ESPN rights/limitations.

Knowledge of Virtual Advertising (EVI) tracking & insertion.

Qualifications and Experience

BA in Digital Media, Communications, or related field (preferred).

Minimum 1–2 years in video production, social media management, paid social campaigns, or sports coverage.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop; After Effects/Illustrator a plus).

Experience with Slate or similar publishing tools.

Passion for social storytelling and sports content with interest in Little League.

Work a minimum of 35 hours per week (core hours based on tournament broadcast schedule).

Additional Requirements

Baseball/softball enthusiast.

Willing to work non‑traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Available on‑site in Williamsport during World Series demands and various events.

Responsive to breaking news and real‑time updates.

Compensation
$25–$35 per hour (based on experience). Housing stipend available for non‑local candidates.
