We are seeking a high‑energy, autonomous
Business Development Manager
to lead our growth from our new Florida headquarters. As our first local hire, you won’t just be an employee—you will be a founding member of Drotek Inc, bridging the gap between world‑class French engineering and the booming American market.

What You’ll Do
Solution Selling:
Target and close high‑value sales of drone fleets and software licenses to major entertainment venues, production companies, and global event organizers.
Manufacturing Strategy:
Act as a key advisor in setting up our local production, ensuring our drones meet the specific needs and certifications of the American market.
GTM Strategy:
Adapt Drotek’s global success into a winning “Go‑To‑Market” strategy specifically for the U.S. market.
Technical Advocacy:
Demonstrate the power of our swarm software and the reliability of our drone hardware to technical directors and creative leads.
HQ Liaison:
Act as the primary strategic link between Drotek Inc and our parent company, Drotek France.
Who You Are
Experience:
5‑10 years in Technical Sales or Business Development, with a track record in
Hardware + Software (SaaS)
solutions for the entertainment or professional AV industry.
Industry Knowledge:
Deeply connected to the event production or entertainment ecosystem.
Autonomy:
You are comfortable working as a “one‑person army” initially, with support from our technical, marketing and sales teams in France.
Compensation & Benefits (2026 Orlando Standards)
Base Salary:
$70,000 – $120,000 per year (depending on experience).
OTE (Total Cash):
$100,000 – $250,000+ per year (Uncapped).
Commissions:
Uncapped commissions on hardware (drone fleets) and software license sales—the sky is literally the limit.
