PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS AND APPAREL COORDINATOR
Department: Promo & Apparel Sales

Location: Lakewood, WA

Position Status: Full Time, Hourly

Schedule: Monday - Friday; Must be able to work flexible hours and OT as needed

Position Location: Onsite

Salary: $20 - $26 depending on experience

ABOUT THE POSITION
We're looking for a high-energy, professional team member with experience in custom merchandise, apparel, and promotional products to help grow our business. Promotional Products and Apparel Coordinators are paid to shop-sourcing the best products for customers and managing the full order process, from estimates and order entry to problem-solving and billing. The role covers everything from apparel and pens to tents, flags, and more.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Manage promotional and apparel projects in support of the sales team

Source and outsource promotional products and apparel from approved vendors to meet customer specifications, timelines, and budgets

Create professional product presentations and proposals for customer review

Prepare accurate quotes and estimates, including pricing, lead times, and production details

Enter and manage job orders, ensuring all order details are complete and correct

Place and track orders with vendors, maintaining accountability for quality and delivery deadlines

Review and obtain customer approval on proofs prior to production

Communicate regularly with sales representatives, customers, and vendors to ensure expectations are aligned

Provide proactive order updates and maintain clear, timely communication throughout the order lifecycle

Identify potential issues, communicate risks early, and recommend effective solutions

Ensure billing accuracy and assist with invoicing as needed

Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and support repeat business

Maintain organized records and documentation for all orders and communications

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Related Experience

Previous experience with custom merchandis e, apparel, or promotional products is strongly preferred

Required Competencies

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and OneNote

High level of accuracy with exceptional organization skills and attention to detail

Ability to maintain high standards of quality, accuracy and productivity

Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and a collaborative team-oriented mindset

Physical Demands

Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, writing, and other computer-related tasks

Extended periods of sitting while working at a computer workstation

Periodic standing and walking to engage with team members and collaborate across departments

Occasionally required to lift and move materials, product samples, or equipment weighing up to 25 pounds
