Site Engineer required for a small residential developer to work on the early stages of a brand new residential development based near Hampton. The project itself is a 40 unit housing scheme consisting of 2 and 3 bedroom houses.

Setting-Out Engineer

Ideally Degree Qualified

Solid background working on residential projects.

Proven track record working residential new build schemes

At least 3 years’ experience working on projects from groundworks up to the structural stages

Setting Out plots, heights and block & beam floors.

Must have own tools and vehicle.

Competitive day rate being offered with the option of a permanent placement covering projects in the South West London and Surrey areas.
