At Prytime Medical Devices, we are working to revolutionize the care of severely injured patients by enabling trauma teams to gain control of life‑threatening bleeding as a bridge to definitive repair. We partner with leading trauma centers to enable endovascular bleeding control through innovative devices and fanatical customer support. In support of our vision, we design, develop, and commercialize minimally invasive solutions for hemorrhage control, namely through our flagship product, the pREBOA-PRO™ Catheter. We are expanding our team to provide fanatical clinical support to improve outcomes in the trauma and critical care market.
Position Overview
Reporting directly to the Vice President of Marketing, the Marketing Manager will assist in developing and implementing strategic and tactical initiatives for key products and market segments on a global basis to help drive adoption and growth. They demonstrate leadership within the Marketing department and the broader organization by taking an active role in managing a wide range of projects including developing product literature, launching and managing marketing programs, planning for and managing conference and trade shows, and managing social media.
Responsibilities
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and launching new programs that help drive product adoption, support customer clinical and product training, and track results. Our ideal candidate should combine healthcare or life sciences knowledge and experience, with a degree in business administration, marketing, or related field. The pace is fast and the scope of projects is wide and varied.

Should be an expert in Microsoft applications, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with strong spreadsheet skills
Should have a moderate comfort level with Adobe Suite, primarily InDesign and Illustrator. Extensive experience with these applications is a definite plus.
Ability to make minor content changes to the website, and content additions to a blog.
Ability to make minor changes to art files created in InDesign and Illustrator.
Experience with one or more leading CRM programs, with the ability to create CRM driven email campaigns
Excellent content review and proofreading skills.
Qualifications
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required
3-5 years of Marketing experience – medical device experience is preferred
A minimum of 2 years’ experience managing corporate tradeshows (everything from registration and development of pre‑/post‑show events and communication, to prospective attendees, to delivery, setup and onsite coordination of the booth (and related assets) and post‑show communications).
Track record of accomplishment in launching programs and/or products
Demonstrated ability to apply analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills
Excellent communications skills that can message relevant information to associates at all levels

Identify and develop marketing programs, sales tools, and promotions.
Assist in preparing strategic plans for product and/or market segments.
Write, edit, and distribute content, including customer communications, publication summaries, press releases, website, blog, and social media content, FAQ content, and other materials as needed.
Extensive planning, management, and execution of the tradeshow strategy and plan, including logistics
Schedule and coordinate other events as necessary
Make content changes to the WordPress site and blog as necessary.
Create and manage spreadsheets as necessary.
Monitor and analyze competitive research and messaging.
Proofread content for multiple communication channels and ensure all graphics adhere to the Corporate Brand Standards Guide.
Build and take responsibility for a dynamic social media calendar.
Build relationships with and know key customers and field sales personnel.
Take an active role on product development teams as a key participant.
Communicate with domestic sales force and global marketing entities (directly and through international marketing).
Identify and communicate market trends to management and cross‑functional team.
Manage and take responsibility of a growing Claims and Statement Matrix.
Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive product marketing plans including strategic and technical components in order to meet revenue and margin targets.
Budget administration (promotional and expense).
Travel:
Some travel is required, particularly to industry trade shows. Some customer travel will be necessary too. Travel will be 15‑25%.
