First-year Franchise Business Development Sales Representatives on average earn $85,000-$100,000! And top performers can earn $100,000+. Franchise Business Developers can receive promotions within 12 months to senior-level roles and earn director level promotions within 18 months, so that they will then lead/manage a team of 4 business developers.

Responsibilities

Prospect and research new concepts and franchisees

Cold calling to book initial demos with franchisees of concepts with existing relationships and new concepts we are developing relationships with

Conduct & present demos with franchisees to discuss their digital marketing strategies

Manage their sales pipeline in Salesforce

Timeline for Growth

3 months of training, broken down into: 1 month of hands‑on boot camp style training & 2 months to prove competencies & memorize presentation scripts

6 months as a successful Franchise Business Developer

3‑4 months as a Senior Business Developer

Promotion to Director within 1 year to 1 ½ year

Requirements

Self motivated and driven

Proven sales experience

Outbound cold calling experience

Track record of over‑achieving quota

Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM

Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

Have 2+ years of face to face & cold calling experience

Preferable high ticket sales experience with small business
