Role Overview
Manage a portfolio of private-label brands, owning sales, margin, profitability, and category growth. Build and execute brand and product strategies while overseeing the full product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life.
Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Operations, Vendors, Category Managers, and other internal teams.
Develop brand strategies, product roadmaps, financial forecasts, and long-term portfolio plans.
Conduct market and competitive research to guide product decisions.
Manage New Product Planning and New Product Introductions from concept through launch.
Define product and quality standards; oversee international sourcing, manufacturing, and vendor relationships.
Drive pricing strategy, competitive analysis, and customer messaging.
Support marketing, packaging, promotions, and Customer Service readiness.
Oversee supply chain alignment, purchase orders, delivery timelines, and vendor performance.
Lead business reviews and identify risks and opportunities.
Prepare annual project budgets and mentor Assistant Product Managers.
Manage Amazon Seller Central, including listings, A+ content, and performance optimization.
Qualifications
Product management and development experience in hard goods or consumer electronics.
Knowledge of international sourcing and manufacturing.
Strong analytical, communication, and project-management skills.
Ability to work in fast-paced environments with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP/database systems.
