Choral Artist-in-Residence & Conducting Mentor

Shenandoah University is seeking a full-time Visiting Choral Artist in Residence at the Assistant Professor level for the 2026–2027 academic year in Winchester, Virginia. The selected candidate will administer the choral area, direct the Conservatory Choir, and teach undergraduates in choral conducting. This role requires experience in mentoring students and engaging in scholarly activities, contributing to the vibrant choral culture at the university, and actively collaborating with faculty across departments. The position begins in August 2026.
