Qualifications
Education/Training/Certifications:
High School Diploma/GED (required). Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred; experience in an independent living or CCRC setting preferred; project‑management experience a plus.
Skills:
Excellent organizational and time‑management skills; detail oriented; able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; independent judgment; self‑starter; professional appearance and phone etiquette; computer and CRM proficiency; strong oral and written communication; interpersonal skills; flexibility with work hours; sense of humor.
Responsibilities
General responsibilities:
Encourage, participate, and contribute to achieving departmental census goals.
Act as a liaison during the move‑in process to ensure a smooth transition for new residents moving into the community.
Perform other duties as assigned to support efficient facility and organizational operation.
