PROS Program Supervisor

RiseWell Community Services is seeking a full-time Program Supervisor for our PROS Program (Personalized Recovery Oriented Services).
In this role, you will assist the program manager in the operation of the program, provide therapeutic groups and individual interventions for high‑risk clients to assist members in growth and recovery, work as part of an interdisciplinary team, and complete all required documentation within a 48‑hour period while complying with program and OMH regulations.

Qualifications
Licensed Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling is required; LCSW preferred. Fingerprinting, criminal record check, and approval from NYS Office of Mental Health are necessary.
