Sales and Marketing Coordinator
Oakley Courts Assisted Living

Lead sales and marketing efforts to attract new residents and strengthen community relationships, building referral source networks with hospitals, clinics, and senior-service organizations to support census growth and quality mix.

What Will You Do in This Role?
Build referral source relationships in hospitals, clinics, and senior-service related organizations; develop the market and work with acute care and other referral sources; provide prospective residents and/or responsible parties with appropriate information and assistance and grow census and quality mix.

Do You Have What It Takes?

Fire and passion for working with seniors

Flexible, fun, and energetic personality

Bachelor's degree in marketing, health care, or related business field preferred

Minimum of two years of direct sales experience in a healthcare setting required

Excellent knowledge and experience in all aspects of sales and marketing including partner relations, move-in paperwork, advertising, media, social media, and event planning

Proven success in developing referrals in a healthcare setting

Ability to exhibit self-confidence, enthusiasm, assertiveness, and a desire to succeed

Must be a team player and possess the ability to establish working relationships both internally and externally

Professional image in both appearance and behavior

Excellent written and oral communication skills
