The

Digital Marketing Coordinator

will play a key role in building, optimizing, and maintaining digital marketing assets within HubSpot. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing, design, and technology — someone who can translate strategy into high performing landing pages, emails, workflows, and web experiences that support lead generation and customer engagement.
You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure our digital assets are visually compelling, well-written, technically sound, and aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
Duties and responsibilities

HubSpot Asset Creation & Management

Build, update, and optimize

landing pages ,

web pages , and

email templates

within HubSpot.
Create and maintain

HubSpot workflows ,

lead nurturing sequences , and

automation assets

that support demand generation and customer lifecycle programs.
Manage and optimize

forms ,

CTAs ,

lists , and

segmentation logic

to improve conversion and engagement.
Ensure all HubSpot assets follow brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and UX best practices.
Marketing Automation & Campaign Execution

Support the execution of multi‑channel campaigns by building emails, pages, and automation sequences.
Conduct A/B tests on landing pages, emails, and CTAs to improve conversion rates and user experience.
Collaborate with the content and product teams to ensure digital assets align with messaging and campaign goals.
Maintain a clean, organized HubSpot environment through ongoing governance and data hygiene.
Website & Digital Experience Support

Assist in updating and maintaining website content (CMS experience a plus).
Partner with design and development teams to implement new modules, templates, or UX improvements.
Monitor site performance and user behavior using tools like HubSpot Analytics and Google Analytics.
Reporting & Optimization

Track and report on key performance metrics for landing pages, email campaigns, and automation workflows.
Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, engagement, and lead quality.
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the digital customer journey.

Qualifications

The minimum qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability needed in order to successfully perform the job.
2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing automation, or related roles.
Hands‑on experience with

HubSpot Marketing Hub

(required).
Strong understanding of landing page UX, CRM, data health, and email best practices, and conversion optimization principles.
Familiarity with A/B testing, analytics tools, and performance optimization.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in B2B, healthcare, dental, or manufacturing industries is a plus.
Paid media experience (paid search and paid social) also a plus.
