We’re searching for a detail oriented, enthusiastic

Organized Play Associate

to support and grow the Disney Lorcana Organized Play (OP) program across North America. In this role, you’ll be a key point of contact for retailers and event organizers, helping them navigate questions, resolve issues, and build thriving play communities. You’ll collaborate cross functionally, contribute to operational efficiencies, and ensure our customers have the tools and information they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

Provide timely, professional support to retailers and event organizers via email, phone, and ticketing systems.

Resolve customer concerns and accurately communicate program details, policies, and best practices.

Assist with the fulfillment and distribution of Organized Play kits and promotional materials.

Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams, escalating issues and ensuring smooth resolutions.

Maintain accurate and detailed records in the CRM system.

Identify recurring issues and customer feedback to help inform improvements to products and processes.

Support the creation, planning, and execution of program communications and updates.

Investigate reports of non‑compliance and review event reporting for accuracy.

Provide direct support to stores, including routine courtesy calls to help strengthen local and regional play communities.

Collaborate with distribution partners to maintain alignment and smooth operations.

Gather and synthesize insights from retailers to support strategic decision‑making.

Create and deliver reports on store metrics and program performance.

Contribute to additional projects and initiatives as needed.

Travel occasionally for summits, store visits, and community events.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–2 years of customer service experience; experience in gaming or community events is a strong asset.

Prior experience in the hobby industry or a demonstrated understanding of trading card games (TCGs) is required.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer‑first mindset.

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Familiarity with logistics is an asset.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

High school diploma or GED required; additional education or training is a plus.

Proficiency with basic computer systems, CRM tools, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.

Willingness and ability to travel for summits and store visits.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Organized Play programs.

Experience working across multiple time zones or in remote‑support environments.

Passion for the TCG community and enthusiasm for helping communities grow.
