The Opportunity
We are looking for an Event Designer to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of luxury engagement. This role is crafted for a strategic thinker who believes data should inform creativity—not limit it. You’ll be responsible for concept development, environment planning, presentation creation, vendor coordination, and client communication across multiple concurrent programs. The ideal candidate has a refined design sensibility, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to transform ideas into compelling visual narratives and executable event environments.

You’ll work alongside passionate strategists, creatives, and data specialists to deliver campaigns that are as effective as they are elegant.

What You’ll Do

Develop creative event concepts, mood boards, and experiential environments aligned with client objectives and luxury brand standards

Create detailed environment layouts, spatial plans, and event flow concepts

Produce polished client presentations and visual storytelling materials using PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite

Manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail

Collaborate closely with internal creative, production, and account teams to bring concepts to life

Source, communicate with, and manage vendors, fabricators, and production partners

Ensure all design elements are cohesive, elevated, and aligned with the overall guest experience

Present ideas, creative concepts, and design direction confidently to clients and stakeholders

Maintain strong organization across budgets, timelines, design assets, and production deliverables

Demonstrate professionalism and urgency in responding to clients, vendors, and internal teams

Stay current on luxury trends, experiential innovation, design aesthetics, and cultural influences

Who You Are

1+ years of experience in experiential marketing, event design, luxury events, hospitality, or related creative industries. Previous agency experience strongly preferred

Strong understanding of luxury aesthetics, client expectations, and premium brand experiences

Proven experience managing multiple programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Exceptional visual storytelling and presentation-building skills

Strong understanding of event environments, guest flow, and experiential design principles

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong client-facing confidence

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through

Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining ownership of projects

Strong sense of urgency, adaptability, and problem-solving mindset

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign preferred)

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint

Experience creating polished decks and client-facing presentations

Familiarity with event production processes, fabrication, and vendor management

Understanding of spatial layouts, floor plans, and experiential environments
