Description
Loch Harbour Group, Inc. is seeking a Business Requirements Analyst to support enterprise knowledge management, workflow modernization, and process improvement initiatives within a collaborative federal program environment.
This role will serve as a key liaison between stakeholders, business owners, and technical teams to gather, analyze, document, and manage business and system requirements supporting Jira, SharePoint, and Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Experience eliciting, documenting, and managing requirements
Ability to translate customer needs into Jira / Power Platform / SharePoint work
Strong communication and facilitation
Ability to manage feedback loops and expectations
Experience with Atlassian and Microsoft collaboration ecosystems
Requirements
Education Requirements
Bachelor's level degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration.
Experience Requirements
3 years of professional experience
