About the Department
The Audio-Visual (AV) Services team delivers seamless technology support for executive meetings, events, and conference spaces. The team partners closely with Information Technology (IT) and Facilities to maintain high-performance conferencing environments. Professionals here operate in a fast-paced, service-driven setting, supporting critical business interactions and high‑visibility events. Joining this team offers exposure to executive stakeholders and advanced enterprise collaboration technologies.
How You Will Add Value
You will provide onsite AV and video conferencing support for meetings.
You will act as an escalation point for complex AV issues.
You will troubleshoot audio, video, and control system problems.
You will coordinate and support live meetings and events.
You will manage Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms systems.
You will perform maintenance and system health checks.
You will partner with IT and Facilities on room technology standards.
You will support large‑scale and hybrid events end-to-end.
You will recommend improvements to tools and processes.
What Will Help You Be Successful In This Role
5+ years of AV and conferencing support experience.
Experience supporting executives and critical business meetings.
Advanced troubleshooting in live event environments.
Experience operating at a senior support level.
Proficiency with AV control systems (e.g., Logitech, QSC, Crestron).
Experience supporting enterprise conference room environments.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to manage stakeholders in high‑pressure situations.
Work Schedule & Location
Onsite in New York City.
Ability to work early mornings and evenings as needed for special events.
