Relationship Manager Digital Distribution
The Relationship Manager Digital Distribution is responsible for managing and growing strategic relationships with digital distribution partners. This role ensures seamless integration of products and services across digital platforms, drives partner engagement, and supports revenue growth through effective collaboration and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Partner Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for digital distribution partners.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships to enhance partner satisfaction and loyalty.
Conduct regular business reviews and performance assessments with partners.
Digital Integration & Enablement
Oversee onboarding and integration of products across partner platforms.
Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Technology, Sales) to ensure accurate and timely integrations.
Identify and resolve operational issues impacting digital distribution.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track KPIs such as partner engagement, product availability, error rates, and revenue contribution.
Provide insights and recommendations to optimize digital distribution strategies.
Growth & Strategic Initiatives
Identify opportunities to expand partnerships and introduce new digital channels.
Support initiatives to reduce cycle times and improve onboarding efficiency.
Drive adoption of digital tools and middleware solutions to enhance partner experience.
Qualifications
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Analytical thinking and problem solving
Ability to excel in a fast paced, highly challenging environment where multi-tasking and short deadlines are met with consistent ability to achieve financial accuracy
Strong communication skills and experience interacting with all levels of Management
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree preferably in a discipline requiring critical thinking and analytical skills.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related analytical role is required.
Analytical & problem-solving skills, including the ability to encourage new ways of looking at problems, processes, and solutions
Experience pursuing long-term goals while balancing the short-term needs of the organization
Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
Moderate (or better) knowledge of SQL and PowerBI or similar data visualization and reporting tools
Experience with data extraction and visualization and/or reporting
Ability to self-direct; managing time and goals effectively with minimal supervision in both "build" and "run" stage business environments simultaneously.
The expected salary range for this role is USD $76,600.00 - USD $88,000.00 Yr.
