Sales Productivity Manager is a full-time remote position responsible for designing and executing onboarding, skills development, and productivity programs to enhance the effectiveness of Account Executives and Account Development Representatives in customer engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with North America Sales leadership to identify and prioritize enablement needs for AEs and ADRs
Design and deliver sales enablement programs, including onboarding, training, and workshops
Track and report on the adoption and business impact of enablement programs to Sales leadership
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in sales, sales enablement, or sales productivity roles
Proven track record in designing and scaling sales enablement programs and playbooks
Experience in delivering enablement programs with a focus on measurable business impact
Deep understanding of the sales lifecycle and sales technology data
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple functions to drive alignment
