Program Manager

BlueWater Federal is looking for a Program Manager to support the Department of the Navy at the Pentagon. As the Program Manager, you will oversee a team providing IT-related support services to our Department of the Navy customer.

Responsibilities

Responsible for overall contract/task order execution, communication with the Government, and resolution of issues.

Serve as the single point of contact (POC) for the purpose of communicating issues, concerns, or problems arising during the task order performance.

Respond to IT questions, concerns, and comments, and be proactive in promptly alerting the Government to potential contractual and programmatic issues.

Attend meetings and provide the client Program Manager and client designees with briefing information in the form of presentations, papers and/or analyses as directed.

Qualifications

10+ years of program management experience within the Federal IT sector

Must have an active Secret clearance

Hold an active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Experience developing and managing Program Management Plan, Administrative Management Plan, Status Reports and Configuration Management Plans, Risk Management and Help Desk services.
