Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Account Manager who will play a critical role in execution of brand partnerships across our content network and experiential activations. You’ll work directly with brands and agencies to execute integrated campaigns across Almost Friday Media’s ecosystem, leveraging our massive social reach, original content, and event experiences. This role requires a steadfast work ethic, proven success in client services, and experience/interest in both the creative and logistical aspects of event production.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow existing client revenue and identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Production, and Strategy) to craft compelling media solutions tailored to client needs.
Lead the creation of strategic event plans, including key messaging, audience engagement tactics, and measurable outcomes.
Provide strategic recommendations on event formats, timelines, locations, and promotional activities to maximize impact.
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of branded content and advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Serve as a point of contact for escalations, problem-solving, and decision-making on client accounts.
What We’re Looking For
6+ years of experience in account management, client services, or a related field within the media/entertainment or advertising industry.
Proven track record of managing high-value client accounts and driving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of digital media, branded content, and advertising trends.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
Proficiency in Google Suite and project management tools.
Ability to travel for branded events/activations.
Experience managing a team or direct reports.
