Soni is partnered with a client seeking a hands‑on

SEO Specialist

to support a large, multi-location business in improving online visibility, driving customer acquisition, and increasing conversion through organic channels. This role will focus on executing and optimizing SEO strategies across a high-volume portfolio of websites.

Responsibilities

Execute ongoing SEO optimization across a large portfolio of sites, including technical, on-page, and local SEO

Conduct keyword research, metadata optimization, internal linking, and content performance analysis

Manage and optimize local listings, including Google Business Profiles and other review platforms

Monitor and respond to online reviews, supporting overall reputation management efforts

Perform regular website audits to ensure site health, page speed, mobile optimization, and crawlability

Partner with development or CMS teams to resolve technical issues such as broken links, redirects, and duplicate content

Track and analyze performance using tools such as GA4, Search Console, and SEO platforms

Build and maintain reporting dashboards, providing actionable insights and recommendations

Continuously identify opportunities to improve organic traffic, visibility, and conversion rates

Qualifications

2–4+ years of hands‑on SEO experience

Experience supporting multi‑location or high‑volume website environments preferred

Strong understanding of local SEO and listings management

Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar

Experience working within CMS platforms such as WordPress

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
