Job Description
Our client, a fashion brand, is seeking a Creative Producer to lead photo and video productions that shape brand identity and visual storytelling — driving projects from concept through launch while balancing creativity, strategy, and execution.

Full‑time, salaried role. Salary around $90‑98k. Hybrid in Downey/Norwalk. Must also be open to travel for shoots on location.

Responsibilities Include

Leading high‑volume creative campaigns from concept to completion

Managing budgets, timelines, and production resources

Partnering with directors, designers, and cross‑functional teams to ensure cohesive vision

Owning shot lists and shooting schedules for major campaigns

Coordinating talent and models, locations, vendors, and post‑production workflows

Negotiating contracts and managing external partners

Ensuring legal, safety, and operational standards are met

Staying current on industry trends to continuously elevate creative output

Background

5+ years in on‑location and eCommerce or studio production environments

Strong understanding of fashion/retail content production

Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable in fast‑paced settingsProficient in Excel and Google Workspace

Open to travel (up to 20%)
