Responsibilities
Read and understand blueprints, shop drawings, plans, and written specifications to assemble and install project components
Wire, assemble, and install aluminum décor structures, light fixtures, and related steel and aluminum elements
Install, terminate, and troubleshoot low-voltage wiring for lighting systems, dimming, and controls
Assist with unloading, staging, assembly, and on-site installation of décor structures and lighting elements
Collaborate closely with the installation team and supervisors to complete work efficiently, safely, and to specification
Follow all jobsite safety protocols, health codes, and company standards at all times
Requirements
Proven ability to work safely and professionally on active construction jobsites
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a crew
Attention to detail and pride in producing clean, accurate work
Ability to follow written plans, verbal instructions, and jobsite direction
Comfortable performing physical, hands‑on work for full workdays
Willingness and ability to travel nationwide for project work
Experience in the electrical or low-voltage field
Preferred Experience
Background in low-voltage lighting systems, architectural lighting, or lighting controls
Experience with dimming systems, DMX, or lighting control hardware is a strong plus
Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and basic electrical testing equipment
Construction or installation experience in commercial environments
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $45 - $50/hour (depending on experience)
