Job Description
Band Front - Colorguard
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Colorguard Instructor for our highly competitive high school marching band program. Candidates should have experience performing in a competitive colorguard setting and preferably experience writing choreography and equipment work. Responsibilities include teaching technique, choreography, and performance skills during rehearsals on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00–9:00 PM, attending Friday night football games, and supporting the team at Saturday competitions throughout the season. We are looking for someone who is passionate about student growth, teamwork, and competitive excellence.

Brass & Woodwind Technician
We are seeking knowledgeable and energetic Brass and Woodwind Technicians for our highly competitive high school marching band program. Candidates should be confident teaching both music fundamentals and marching technique in a fast‑paced, achievement‑oriented environment. Responsibilities include assisting with rehearsals, music ensemble development, marching fundamentals, and performance preparation during Tuesday and Thursday rehearsals from 6:00–9:00 PM, Friday night football games, and Saturday competitions throughout the season. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about the competitive marching arts, student growth, and creating a positive, disciplined rehearsal atmosphere.

Front Ensemble Technician
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Front Ensemble Technician for our highly competitive high school marching band program. Candidates should be confident teaching keyboard percussion, auxiliary percussion, and ensemble music skills while supporting the musical and visual goals of the program. Responsibilities include assisting with rehearsals on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00–9:00 PM, attending Friday night football games, and supporting the ensemble at Saturday competitions throughout the season. Experience in competitive marching arts and a passion for student development, performance excellence, and teamwork are strongly preferred.

Battery Percussion Technician
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Battery Percussion Technician for our highly competitive high school marching band program. Candidates should have a strong background in marching percussion and be confident teaching both musical and marching fundamentals in a competitive setting. Responsibilities include teaching technique, musicality, marching skills, and performance preparation during Tuesday and Thursday rehearsals from 6:00–9:00 PM, Friday night football games, and Saturday competitions throughout the season. We are looking for someone passionate about the marching arts who can motivate students while fostering discipline, teamwork, and excellence.
