Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase vehicle sales and profitability.
Manage daily sales operations, including inventory management and pricing strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with marketing and finance departments to optimize sales processes and promotions.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to dealership management.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the automotive industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
