Responsibilities
About the team: Creators are the heart and soul of TikTok. The Creator team’s mission is to facilitate our creator community’s growth and development, drive high‑quality content production, and increase creator engagement and product adoption through scaled content and education programs. This team will also create scalable initiatives to build, celebrate, and recognize our diverse and inclusive communities around the world. The Creator Reputation team partners with high‑impact professional creators to drive product understanding, adoption, and positive perception across the broader creator ecosystem. We’re looking for an execution‑focused creator partner who understands how professional creators operate— their incentives, pain points, and influence—and can turn that understanding into product advocacy and measurable outcomes. This role is not focused on talent management, personal branding, or creator visibility; it is focused on driving product awareness and broader trust‑building engagements through trusted creator partnerships.
Creator Partnerships
Manage relationships with high‑impact professional creators
Engage creators on product updates, tools, and monetization opportunities in a way that is clear, credible, and outcome‑driven
Identify and activate creators who can effectively serve as product advocates for the wider creator community
Creator‑to‑Creator Product Spokesperson
Act as a creator‑facing product spokesperson across TikTok‑owned channels
Write quick‑turn scripts, serve as on‑camera talent, and engage directly with creators on product launches and updates
Translate product features into creator‑relevant narratives that drive awareness, perception, and adoption
Programs & Execution
Drive creator participation in priority programs, pilots, and initiatives
Execute engagements that are scalable, repeatable, and aligned with business goals
Own creator communications, timelines, and day‑to‑day execution across initiatives
Cross‑Functional Coordination & Insight
Partner closely with Product, Creator Marketing, Monetization, and Comms teams
Bring creator feedback and behavioral insights back into the organization to inform product and go‑to‑market decisions
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Deep understanding of professional creators and how they influence others
Strong relationship builder
Proven ability to leverage creator relationships in service of product goals and metrics
Comfortable being camera‑facing and speaking credibly about products in VOD, live, or unscripted settings
Strong program management skills—execution, organization, and follow‑through
Clear communicator who can simplify complex product concepts
Preferred Qualifications
Experience as a creator or working closely with professional creators
Background in creator partnerships, product marketing, or community strategy
Experience supporting product launches or adoption programs
