Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, fast‑paced Associate Account Executive to support our Domestic Sales team within a growing dietary supplement manufacturing environment. This role is designed for an individual who is eager to learn the business, develop strong operational and customer management skills, and grow into a full Account Executive position over time.
The Associate Account Executive will work closely with the senior account manager and cross‑functional departments to support customer accounts, manage administrative and operational tasks, assist with order processing and reporting, and help ensure excellent customer service throughout the order lifecycle. This position plays a critical role in supporting account operations while helping drive efficiency and responsiveness across the sales team.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, intelligent, highly organized, and capable of thinking critically – not someone who simply completes routine administrative tasks. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑moving environment, takes initiative, and is interested in long‑term professional growth within account management and customer relations.
