We need the person who makes our brand real. Not someone who posts and schedules. Someone who thinks, builds systems, owns the brand, and operates two steps ahead.

The Role
This is a high-ownership execution role. You'll manage two distinct content voices — Paid Ads Academy's brand voice on Facebook and LinkedIn, and Ashley's personal brand on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. You'll report directly to the Director of Brand & Creative and work in close collaboration with our CEO & Founder, Ashley.

What You'll Own

Full content strategy and execution across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn

Ashley's personal brand voice — captions, scripts, and thought leadership content that sounds exactly like her

Short-form video production and editing at a high visual standard

Social-to-email pipeline with email list growth as a core KPI

Analytics, performance reporting, and month-over-month improvement

Content at scale using AI — high volume without sacrificing quality

ManyChat automation and affiliate storefronts (Amazon, ShopMy)

Consistent content execution even when Ashley is traveling

Someone who takes full ownership and fixes problems before they elevate

Comfortable delegating to and managing AI tools to improve speed, efficiency, and output positioning yourself as a strategist and creative thinker, not just a doer.

Already using AI. Not just for answers, but to gain efficiency in your day-to-day work. Bonus points if you have hands-on experience with Claude or other AI platforms.

Requirements

Local to Atlanta (within 1-2 hours)

5-7+ years managing social media for a brand, business, or founder — in-house required; agency is a bonus, not a substitute

Direct experience running a founder or executive personal brand

Proven growth across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn

Fluency in social analytics

Active use of AI tools for content efficiency

Exceptional written communication and relentless attention to detail

Base Salary:

$75,000–$80,000, depending on experience

Performance Bonus:

Up to $20,000 annually, paid quarterly, tied to KPIs around organic growth, content volume, and engagement

Total On-Target Earnings:

Up to $100,000 when performance goals are met

Unlimited PTO:

Flexible time off after 6 months, plus company-wide holidays

Profit-Sharing 401(k):

Employer-funded contributions based on tenure and other plan factors, with a 3-year vesting schedule

Location & Schedule
This is a hybrid role based in the Atlanta, Georgia area. Candidates must be located within a 1-2 hour drive of Atlanta. On-site availability is expected 3-4 times per month, with additional travel required for events and content opportunities.
