About The Role
Working with the EOS Corporate Marketing team and the hotel Area Managing Director, the Marketing Manager will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the hotel's brand and services. This role involves collaborating with external PR and digital agencies to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has a strong background in hospitality marketing, with a proven track record of driving brand awareness and achieving revenue goals. This position requires a blend of creativity, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Planning
Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with the hotel group's business objectives.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
Define target markets and develop positioning strategies to enhance brand visibility.
Collaboration With Agencies
Liaise with PR agencies to manage public relations, including press releases, media relations, and event planning.
Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns align with brand guidelines and messaging.
Campaign Management
Oversee planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
Manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and achieving ROI targets.
Content Development
Work with internal teams and external partners to create high-quality content for website, social media, email newsletters, and print materials.
Ensure content is engaging, relevant, and aligned with the brand voice.
Identify and engage with social media influencers who align with the brand values and target audience.
Develop and manage influencer partnerships and campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
Monitor and analyze influencer content performance and ROI.
Brand Management
Maintain and enhance the hotel's brand image through consistent messaging and visual identity.
Implement initiatives to increase brand loyalty and customer engagement.
Monitor brand perception and respond to feedback from guests and stakeholders.
Event Marketing and Programming
Plan and execute marketing strategies for hotel events and promotions.
Collaborate with event planners and operations teams to ensure successful event execution.
Utilize events to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
Create and implement innovative marketing programs that enhance guest engagement and brand loyalty.
Develop seasonal and thematic programming to attract diverse guest demographics.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of programming initiatives.
Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel management, partners, and vendors.
Communicate marketing plans and performance to senior management and other internal teams.
Local Marketing
Develop and implement local marketing strategies to attract nearby residents and regional travelers.
Foster partnerships with local businesses, attractions, and tourism boards to create mutually beneficial promotions.
Plan and execute local events, sponsorships, and community involvement initiatives.
Reporting and Analysis
Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, campaign performance, and market trends.
Use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
What We're Looking For
Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think creatively and strategically.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.
