Responsibilities
As a Regional Sales Manager based in Philadelphia, PA, you will develop a dynamic commercial/B2B sales region and lead teams located in Lancaster, Philadelphia, and Spring House. You will use industry‑leading training to lead a sales team in achieving sales goals, perform inspections, present proposals, and close sales. You will attract, develop, and retain talented employees, create sales opportunities to drive new revenue, and provide ongoing training and development for the team.

Lead a team of salespeople across multiple locations

Develop and execute sales strategies and plans

Perform inspections and prepare proposals

Close sales and drive new revenue

Identify business trends and sales opportunities

Provide ongoing training and development to the sales team

Qualifications

5-7 years of sales management experience

Bachelor’s degree

Strong leadership skills and ability to lead a team of salespeople

Knowledge of CRM, PowerPoint, Excel, and other sales programs

Valid driver’s license

Team‑oriented, courteous, customer‑focused, and good at listening

Team player

Physical Demands / Working Environment

Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity

Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.

Ability to work in all types of weather conditions

Salary Range: $105,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year.
