Akkodis is seeking an

AD Architect

for a

Contract

with a client in

Irvine, CA.

The candidate will lead AD architecture design for hybrid environments while implementing secure identity solutions and managing authentication, integration, and automation processes.

Rate Range:

$53/hour to $56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

AD Architect Job Responsibilities include:

Lead the design and architecture of Active Directory solutions ensuring hybrid identity continuity across environments.
Deploy and optimize AD Domain Controllers on AWS with secure, scalable, and resilient configurations.
Develop and implement SAML/SSO and MFA authentication models for cloud and enterprise applications.
Design AD integration frameworks for applications across Java/.NET, databases, and middleware systems.
Define and enforce GPOs, OU structures, trust models, and access controls aligned with security standards.
Build automation for AD provisioning and management using Terraform, Ansible, and PowerShell while supporting troubleshooting and migrations.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
10+ years of experience in Active Directory architecture, identity management, and enterprise infrastructure.
Strong expertise in Microsoft Active Directory, SAML/SSO, MFA, and deploying AD Domain Controllers in AWS environments.
Proven experience in designing secure hybrid identity architectures, automation using Terraform/Ansible/PowerShell, and managing enterprise AD integrations.

Pay Details:

$53.00 to $56.00 per hour
