Description

FitLab is hiring a Y7 Studio Associate for our South Lamar studio locations in Austin, Texas.

WHO WE ARE
FitLab is a performance lifestyle company that inspires movement and builds community through the most beloved products, studios, events, and athletes on the planet. In partnership with Y7, we’re hiring a

Part-Time Studio Associate

to join our team in Austin.

Y7 Studio is where movement meets music. We’ve created a space that breaks down barriers—making yoga inclusive, empowering, and anything but traditional. If you're passionate about wellness, hospitality, and creating exceptional client experiences, this is the role for you.

THE Y7 EXPERIENCE
Y7 combines vinyasa yoga, music, heat, and darkness to deepen the connection between mind and body. All studios are heated to 85–95° using state-of-the-art infrared technology, designed to create a detoxifying sweat, boost circulation, and increase flexibility. Classes are music-driven and held in dark, candlelit rooms with no mirrors—helping students turn inward, stay present, and focus on their unique journey. The result? A powerful, transformative practice.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re committed to building a diverse, inclusive, and collaborative environment that enables every team member to thrive.
