Feel Good Foods is a certified gluten-free frozen food brand growing 65%+ year over year, with explosive momentum across the grocery, mass, and natural channels. After a decade of quietly building the brand, we're stepping into a much louder, more culturally present moment. And we're hiring a full-time in-house Content Creator and Social Media Manager to make it happen.

Role Description
This is not an agency-facing social strategist. This is a creator.

You'll be the person who shoots, edits, captions, posts, and responds. You'll be in the room when a colleague has a content idea at 9 am, and you'll have the first cut shot by 3 pm. You'll work alongside our marketing team, founder, external UGC stakeholders, and others to build a social voice that's unapologetic, craveable, and real.

We want messy. We want real kitchens. We want cheese pulls and finger-licking and napkins and "oh my god that looks so good" reactions. We want Gen-Z-friendly captions. We want to stop feeling staged. We want to be the fried-food brand we are, but with cleaner ingredients and a gluten-free edge.

Think: the best account you follow on TikTok, if they ran it for a frozen food company.

What you'll own

All Instagram and TikTok content creation, editing, posting, and community management

UGC-style video shoots in kitchens, on phones, around the city, with real-looking setups (no studios, no ring lights, no over-styling)

Partner management, sourcing, and lead-gen with a roster of UGC creators and micro-influencers

Graphic and motion assets for social

Participation in retailer launch content (new innovations, new retailer wins) alongside the PR and shopper marketing teams

Light community engagement on Reddit and Facebook celiac/gluten-free groups (product-educational)

Graphic design support for email marketing campaigns

Who you are

3 or more years making content for brands, agencies, or as a creator yourself

Fluent in CapCut, Premiere, Adobe Creative Suite, and whatever is next

You can point to accounts or content you've made that went viral, or accounts that punched above their follower weight

You're Gen Z-literate. You know what's trending before it's trending on our feeds

You're comfortable with working directly in nimble, founder-led rooms

You live for the craft, not the deck

Food obsession is a plus

A gluten-free lived experience or family connection is a huge plus
