KPMG is currently seeking a Lead Engineer, Technical Product Management to join our Digital Nexus technology organization.

Responsibilities:

Serve as a senior point of contact for Avature production and non‑production issues, including job posting visibility, workflow failures, integration issues/failure, candidate issues, onboarding defects, and system configuration errors.

Provide ongoing status updates to internal stakeholders on high‑priority incidents and defects, including vendor‑managed cases and executive‑level communications when required.

Act as the primary operational liaison with Avature and/or internal stakeholders to drive issue resolution from investigation through resolution.

Identify recurring support patterns and recommend process or configuration improvements to reduce incident volume and improve recruiter and candidate experience.

Configure Avature ATS, CRM, and portal functionality, including workflows, forms, job and candidate record fields, and datasets.

Manage change requests and enhancements, ensuring alignment with approved business requirements and technical constraints; manage a team of offshore support resources, responsible for training and development, and tier 2 escalations.

Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment.

Qualifications:

Minimum five years of recent demonstrated hands‑on experience administering or configuring Avature ATS (configuration, workflows, integrations, reporting).

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; high‑school diploma or GED required.

Strong understanding of end‑to‑end recruiting and onboarding processes within large, complex organizations.

Proven experience managing vendor relationships and coordinating issue resolution across external and internal technical teams.

Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and producing system documentation; ability to analyze system defects, integration logs, and business requirements to drive effective resolution.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive‑ready status reporting.
