The Brand Strategy & Experience Manager is responsible for developing and executing brand positioning, messaging, and overall customer experience across digital, physical, and sales channels. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution to ensure a consistent and compelling brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

Define and maintain brand positioning, voice, and messaging

Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints, including digital platforms and sales materials

Partner with sales teams to support go-to-market strategies and create presentations and messaging

Develop and execute content strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement

Translate product offerings into clear, customer-focused narratives

Guide visual direction and ensure cohesive brand expression

Oversee website content and user experience

Support events, activations, and brand experiences

Manage and organize brand and product assets

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or related field

Strong storytelling and communication skills (written and visual)

Experience supporting sales and go-to-market initiatives

Proficiency in presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint)

Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally

Self-starter with strong ownership and problem-solving skills
