Regional Account Manager – B2B (CEDIA Channel)

Position Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned Regional Account Manager to lead B2B sales efforts within the custom integration (CEDIA) channel along the U.S. East Coast, from Maine to Florida. This role focuses on premium TV and display solutions sold through residential AV dealers, home automation integrators, and CI-focused distributors. The right candidate will have deep knowledge of the CEDIA channel, established relationships in the territory, and the ability to grow sales through trusted partnerships.
You will be the face of a top-tier consumer electronics brand, helping partners deliver cutting-edge home theater, media room, and smart living experiences to luxury residential clients.
Responsibilities and Duties
Develop and implement a territory sales strategy targeting custom integrators, residential AV dealers, and CI distributors across the Eastern U.S.
Manage and grow accounts in key markets from New England through the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast (Maine to Florida).
Build long-term relationships with partners, delivering hands-on support, product training, and technical guidance.
Drive product sell-in and sell-through of TVs, commercial displays, and related AV technologies designed for custom install applications.
Conduct regular territory travel for dealer visits, events, demos, and showroom engagements.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to deliver regionally tailored programs, promotional plans, and educational materials.
Represent the company at CEDIA Expo, buying group events, local CI summits, and partner roadshows.
Ensure brand integrity and premium positioning across the channel by supporting installers with proper integration and messaging.
Minimum Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales within the CEDIA/custom install or premium residential AV space.
Demonstrated success managing a large, geographically diverse territory and partner network.
Strong technical understanding of video display standards (HDR, 4K/8K, HDMI, calibration, etc.).
Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
Willingness to travel extensively (up to 70%) throughout the Eastern U.S.
Preferred Qualifications
Existing relationships with CI dealers, distributors, and integrators in the Southeast and Florida territory.
CEDIA member or experience attending CEDIA training/certification programs.
Previous experience with a leading electronics manufacturer in the premium or CI market
