Part Time Production Graphic Artist

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Part Time Production Graphic Artist to support our high-volume imprint operation. This role focuses on preparing and producing artwork for a wide range of custom products, including mugs, apparel, magnets, hats, bags, and related items.

The position begins with remote work in the office, with remote availability in the future, and involves approximately 20 hours per week.

The ideal candidate is experienced in production art, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and turnaround expectations.

Responsibilities

Create and modify production-ready artwork based on customer specifications.

Prepare vector files for various imprint methods, including screen printing and embroidery.

Ensure all artwork meets production and quality standards.

Manage workload to meet daily and weekly production goals.

Collaborate with internal team members to clarify artwork requirements as needed.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and vector-based design.

Previous experience in production graphic art or a similar role.

Working knowledge of screen printing and basic embroidery requirements.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

$26.00 per hour.

Approximately 20 hours per week.

Weekly Production Bonus

100-149 completed art pieces: $100.

150-199 completed art pieces: $200.

200+ completed art pieces: $300.

Art Piece Definition
One art piece is defined as a unique imprint design or setup. The same design used across multiple products is counted as one piece.

Interested candidates should submit a resume and, if available, a portfolio demonstrating relevant production or vector-based work.

Applicants may be asked to complete a brief production-style artwork test.
