Responsibilities
Coach and develop staff, including delivering performance management to associates
Build a positive team atmosphere among associates, support staff and encourage teamwork
Motivate and influence staff with positive feedback and encouragement
Analyze and effectively control cost of goods, payroll costs and monitor accounts receivables on a monthly basis
Unyielding focus on providing an outstanding customer service experience
Comply and enforce company policies
