Production Technician
HavocAI is building the future of multi-domain autonomous systemsand we're looking for a hands-on Production Technician to help turn cutting-edge designs into reliable hardware. You'll assemble and integrate our product line (and other mechanical/electrical assemblies), ensure every build meets engineering intent, and help drive production excellence in a fast-moving environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assemble, integrate, and wire mechanical/electrical components and subsystems to engineering specs and production standards
Perform detailed inspections and functional tests to confirm performance and quality requirements
Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic/measurement equipment to assemble, troubleshoot, and repair builds
Partner closely with engineers and fellow technicians to resolve production issues and implement improvements
Capture accurate build records, deviations, and troubleshooting logs
Maintain a safe, organized workspace and uphold strict safety protocols
Contribute to production procedure development, continuous improvement, and best practices
Assist in creating and maintaining production technical documentation and build instructions

Qualifications include:
High School Diploma or equivalent (technical degree/certification in a related field preferred)
Proven technician/production experience, ideally in high-tech, robotics, aerospace, or similar environments
Ability to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance (U.S. citizenship required)
Skills you bring:
Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical integration
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical manuals
Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail
Strong communication and teamwork with a proactive mindset
Comfortable owning work in a fast-paced, high-impact build environment
