We’re looking for a hands‑on Marketing Operations Lead to scale our lead generation engine across digital, traditional, field, and outbound channels —from lead acquisition and nurturing through appointment setting.
This position manages a dedicated team of marketers in addition to serving on the company’s leadership team as peer to the head of the Sales and Production Departments.

Manage the departmental budget, directing the use of funds to maximize set appointments while maintaining efficient CP
Scale events and field marketing by increasing event presence and conversion rat
Build and scale our outbound calling program into a consistent, high performing operati
Support and grow our successful word of mouth and organic lead generation effor
Ensure consistent and reliable internal brandi
Partner closely with sales and operations teams to ensure alignment and resul
