Core responsibilities
Keep production assets running by diagnosing issues and repairing equipment to sustain maximum uptime.
Analyze operational problems and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
Overhaul difficult components and attachments through teardown, inspection, machining, or replacement with purchased parts.
Address alarms and equipment breakdowns promptly and effectively.
Fabricate custom parts and tools as the repair requires.
Install and relocate machinery, including dismantling, erection, leveling, fitting, and precise alignment.
Support building, facility, and grounds maintenance as needed.
Collaborate to clarify project scope and requirements to drive completion.
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on production machines and HVAC equipment.
Maintain accurate maintenance logs, files, and documentation.
Initiate requests for parts and consumables to prevent downtime.
Uphold housekeeping standards and adhere to all quality, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Other related duties as assigned.
