Creator&Partner Strategy Project Intern (TikTok Shop - Operation) - 2026 Start (

Responsibilities

As a project intern, you will engage in short‑term projects that provide end‑to‑end support for creator merchandising, incubate e‑commerce creators, conduct business analysis, and analyze creator content quality.

  • Assist in providing end‑to‑end support for creator merchandising in terms of data analysis, business strategy, and internal communications.
  • Assist in incubating and growing e‑commerce creators in terms of creator education, operations, and live‑stream support.
  • Assist in conducting business analysis for overall central creator team performance, covering resource management to strategy formation.
  • Assist in analysing creator content quality and traffic in terms of creator governance and experience on TikTok.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate/master’s degree, preferably in Statistics, Information Management, Communications, E‑commerce, or a related field.
  • Proven skills in Excel or Google Sheets, with familiarity in data cleaning and basic analysis.
  • Proven experience managing repetitive tasks with accuracy and care.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Internship or full‑time experience in an e‑commerce business.

Compensation

Hourly rate: $23.75 – $23.75 (Campus Intern).

They receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in the first half of the year, 40 if hired in the second half). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for a housing allowance.
