Role Responsibilities
- Build and scale people, performance, and leadership development systems
- Manage senior leaders across operations, service delivery, and administration
- Support firm growth initiatives, complex client onboarding, and new office launches

Qualifications
- 10–15+ years of experience in a professional services environment (CPA firm experience preferred)
- Proven success in scaling operations, teams, and leadership infrastructure
- Experience supporting expansion, transformation, or multi‑office growth
- Strong judgment, discretion, and experience working in founder‑led organizations
