THE ROLE
As Senior Director, Sales and Operations Planning you will develop and execute the supply chain strategy, report directly to the Chief Supply Chain Officer, and lead our growing Operations team. Success requires strong business, negotiation, analytical, and problem‑solving skills, as well as proven experience implementing new supply‑chain techniques and lean/continuous improvement programs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the monthly Sales & Operations Planning process to deliver cross‑functionally aligned, feasible short‑ and long‑term demand and supply plans, ensuring high customer fill rates and retail in‑stock levels.
- Oversee creation of the Consensus demand plan integrating statistical forecasting, market intelligence, sales insights, promotions, new product launches, and channel dynamics.
- Create a dynamic inventory strategy that balances customer service, working‑capital requirements, and minimizes excess & obsolescence.
- Align financial and operating plans to improve operating and financial results.
- Ensure on‑time, on‑budget launch of new products by partnering with Product Development and Project Management.
- Drive continuous improvements and coordinate cost‑savings projects.
- Develop, own, and report on all relevant supply‑chain KPIs.
- Manage E&O and monthly material disposition for obsolete inventories to meet accrual targets.
- Collaborate with the Health & Wellbeing Collective on key supply‑chain initiatives.
- Create a culture of performance, continuous improvement, and collaboration while living by OLLY values.

CAPABILITIES + SKILLS REQUIRED
- 15+ years of progressive experience in supply‑chain management at a CPG company.
- Proven experience managing a formal S+OP process.
- Familiarity with APS tools such as Kinaxis is desirable.
- Excel expert with excellent analytical skills, and strong written and verbal communication.
- Creative problem‑solver who is resourceful with limited resources.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team and influence internal and external customers and relationships.
- Ability to organize work, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in an agile environment.
- True team player who works cross‑functionally to achieve results in a dynamic growth environment.
