We're seeking a motivated and disciplined Remote Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to drive new business, build client relationships, and deliver tailored insurance solutions. This is a fully remote role designed for someone who thrives in a structured environment, is comfortable managing a high level of activity, and takes pride in consistent performance. You will work with warm leads, follow a proven sales process, and be supported through coaching and clear expectations, allowing you to focus on building a strong pipeline and closing business.
Responsibilities
Meet and exceed monthly new business production goals
Follow up consistently on leads, referrals, and quoted prospects
Build multi‑policy households through effective bundling
Maintain high daily activity including calls, quoting, and pipeline management
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with underwriting guidelines
Contribute to overall agency growth through individual performance and teamwork
Requirements
Active insurance license required
Prior insurance or sales experience
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Results‑driven with the ability to handle rejection and stay consistent
Organized with strong follow‑up and pipeline management skills
Coachable, adaptable, and team‑oriented mindset

Compensation is typically offered as base plus commission and will depend on the agency and your experience.
