Description
The Marketing and Business Development Coordinator will work closely with the Marketing and Business Development team and across the firm’s other departments on proactive marketing and business development initiatives, with a range of responsibilities for project-based assignments that support the firm’s business goals.
Responsibilities
Assist with firm events, webinars, and conferences, including logistics, invitations, materials, responses, and follow-up communications.
Maintain the firm’s CRM database, including mailing list management, external mailings, and running reports.
Maintain an experienced database, drafting short marketing descriptions of client matters.
Compile experience lists to support the creation of pitches and RFP responses.
Help draft internal communications, including firmwide newsletters, invitation content, announcements, and intranet posts.
Conduct company, client, industry, competitor, and other research and analysis to assist with business development efforts.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, and 2+ years of experience in a marketing, public relations, or business development role (preferably at a law firm or in professional services)
Excellent research skills and critical thinking ability
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective work relationships
